Does the system discover tenders?＋
No. It organises procedures selected by the user. BZP/TED monitoring stays in the source you already use.
Does it analyse tender documents with AI?＋
No. Decisions, professional review and bid content remain human responsibilities.
Can a solo specialist use it?＋
Yes. One person gets one view of deadlines, tasks and documents instead of several tools. As the team grows, the same system becomes its shared operating state.
How do documents work?＋
Attachments are linked to procedures and use Google Drive in a configured deployment.
Does it work offline?＋
Desktop provides a read-only view of the last saved state. Editing and sync require internet. Android requires a connection.
What can be configured?＋
Logo, colours, name, agreed labels, stages and notifications. New modules and integrations are quoted separately.
Does the pilot renew automatically?＋
No. For the first five companies it lasts 14 days and costs PLN 700 net. Further implementation requires a separate decision.
