Service scope
HC Tender Control is a B2B tool for organising tender procedures: stages, deadlines, tasks, lots and documents.
The agreed configuration, number of users, price, service period and support are defined in the accepted offer or contract.
Account and use
Access is limited to approved company users. Users protect their account and device and use the product lawfully and for its intended purpose.
The product supports organisation. Participation decisions, document and deadline review, signature and effective bid submission remain the user's responsibility.
Licence and ownership
Rights in the software, interface and materials belong to Hazards Control or the relevant licensors. The customer receives a right of use within the scope of the offer or contract.
Without separate permission, access may not be shared outside the authorised organisation, resold or used to circumvent security controls.
Third-party services and data
Selected capabilities use Google services and are also subject to the terms of the relevant Google account. App Privacy explains access, use, storage and deletion of data.
Before company data is used, the parties agree access, GDPR roles, retention and a data-processing agreement where required.
Payments and termination
The website does not charge automatically or require a payment card. B2B payments follow an accepted offer or contract and invoice.
Termination of a subscription, licence, support or pilot follows the relevant offer or contract; pilot terms are published separately.
Availability and liability
Hazards Control maintains the product and addresses reported defects under the agreed support scope. Technical maintenance, supplier outages or events outside its control may temporarily limit access.
Liability is governed by the individual contract and mandatory law. The product does not guarantee that a bid will win or be accepted.
Changes and law
The current terms are published at this address. Material changes affecting an active service are communicated in advance.
Polish law applies to B2B relations, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
