14-day pilot terms

Price and start

Under the early implementation programme, the pilot costs PLN 700 net plus VAT and lasts 14 consecutive days from agreed activation. The offer covers the first five companies; the later regular pilot price is PLN 900 net. The website form does not order a pilot or trigger payment.

Scope

Standard: brand and agreed workflow configuration, users, permitted sample/current records, onboarding and outcome review.

New modules, integrations, bulk migration, 24/7 support and guaranteed SLA require a separate quote.

First launch

Before any paid start, the company receives a first-launch guide. Installation is completed together and may require IT administrator approval on a managed device.

Criteria

Before launch, the parties record 2–4 measurable criteria, responsible people and the permitted data scope.

End and implementation

The pilot does not renew automatically. Access ends or the parties separately approve implementation. For the first five companies, the remaining implementation fee is PLN 1,800 net and total setup is PLN 2,500 net.

Responsibility

The client remains responsible for participation decisions, tender-document/deadline review, signature and submission. HC Tender Control organises work and does not guarantee a win.

Data and confidentiality

Before real data is used, the parties agree GDPR roles, retention, access, confidentiality, export and deletion and sign a processing agreement where needed.
