Information entered in a message or form: name, company, business email, phone, company website and enquiry.

Hosting may process necessary technical and security logs such as IP, request time and user-agent.

Purposes and bases

Enquiry response and pre-contract steps: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; B2B communication and security: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f); accounting and legal duties: Article 6(1)(c).

The website form does not store data on the website server; it opens a prepared message in the user's email application.

Recipients and retention

Authorised personnel and hosting, email and IT providers may receive data under suitable agreements.

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact; contract and accounting data for periods required by law; claims-related data until the applicable limitation period expires.

Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object and complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority. Rights depend on the legal basis.

No newsletter or analytics is enabled. Electronic commercial contact requires an appropriate consent under Polish PKE; form data is used only to answer the specific enquiry.
