Data and sources

Information entered in a message or form: name, company, business email, phone, company website and enquiry. Hosting may process necessary technical and security logs such as IP, request time and user-agent.

Where a company representative did not provide data directly, we may process professional identity, contact and role information obtained from publicly available business sources such as the company's website, a public register, a professional profile or procurement documentation, or from a person making an introduction. We do not buy unverified address lists.

Purposes and bases

Enquiry response and pre-contract steps: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; communication with company representatives, identifying the appropriate contact, B2B relationship development and security: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); accounting and legal duties: Article 6(1)(c).

The form sends the entered data to the product inbox. A pilot request does not collect payment or start the service without scope and timing confirmation.

A GDPR basis for processing personal data does not replace requirements governing the communication channel, including consent under Polish Electronic Communications Law where applicable.

Recipients and retention

Authorised personnel and hosting, email, form handling (FormSubmit) and IT providers may receive data under suitable terms or agreements.

The form provider may retain a technical copy of a submission for up to 30 days. Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact; contract and accounting data for periods required by law; claims-related data until the applicable limitation period expires.

Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority. Rights depend on the legal basis.

You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. An objection to direct-marketing processing requires no justification; after receiving it, we will no longer use the data for that purpose.

First communication and marketing

Where data came from another source and is used to communicate with you, we provide the required information no later than the first contact and within the time required by Article 14 GDPR.

No newsletter or analytics is enabled. We initiate electronic commercial contact only where the relevant channel has a valid legal basis, including consent under Polish Electronic Communications Law where required. Form data is used only to answer the specific enquiry.
